* If you don’t have a lab report yet, you can download one of our VetBoxOne blood-test checklists (PDF) and take it to your vet. The checklist is a structured, easy-to-follow list of useful lab values and possible warning signs. It is intended solely as an orientation aid for you and your veterinarian and should not replace your veterinarian’s own findings, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
